Welcome to Cassiirrad. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website cassiirrad.com and our public speaking courses and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Cassiirrad provides public speaking courses, training programs, and related educational services including:

  • Presentation Mastery courses
  • Confidence Building Intensive programs
  • Leadership Communication training
  • Media Interview Training
  • Online resources and materials
  • Personal coaching sessions

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Course Registration and Payment

Registration

Course registration is complete when we receive your payment and send you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer
  • Payment plans may be available for certain courses upon request

Refund Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled 14 days or more before course start date
  • 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before course start date
  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before course start date
  • We may offer course credit instead of refunds at our discretion
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

5. Course Attendance and Participation

Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is essential for course completion. Students must attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions to receive a certificate of completion.

Make-up Sessions

Limited make-up sessions may be available for excused absences. Additional fees may apply for individual make-up sessions.

Course Materials

Course materials are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. Conduct and Behaviour

All participants are expected to:

  • Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
  • Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
  • Participate actively and constructively
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by others
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions

We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behaviour without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our courses and website are owned by Cassiirrad or our licensors. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
  • Record sessions without explicit permission
  • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
  • Create derivative works based on our materials

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. During courses, participants may share personal experiences and challenges. All participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding information shared by others.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our courses
  • You participate in courses at your own risk

10. Course Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify course content, schedules, or instructors with reasonable notice
  • Cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
  • Move courses to online format if necessary

If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or course credit.

11. Technology and Online Components

For online courses or components:

  • You are responsible for ensuring adequate internet connectivity
  • Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis
  • We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control
  • Recordings may be made available for educational purposes

12. Health and Safety

Public speaking can be emotionally challenging. If you have health conditions that may be affected by stress or anxiety, please consult your healthcare provider before participating. Inform us of any accessibility needs or accommodations required.

13. Testimonials and Feedback

By participating in our courses, you grant us permission to use your feedback, testimonials, and before/after comparisons for marketing purposes, unless you specifically opt out in writing.

14. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Dispute Process

  1. Initial contact: Discuss concerns directly with our team
  2. Formal complaint: Submit written complaint for internal review
  3. Mediation: Attempt resolution through mediation if required
  4. Legal action: As a last resort, disputes will be resolved in NSW courts

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
